The Freilich Project is pleased to present ‘We Bleed the Same’ an exhibition by acclaimed journalist Liz Deep-Jones with photographs by Tim Bauer exploring racism and diversity.

The aim of the exhibition is to create a greater understanding of our differences in order to live in a more inclusive society. The exhibition includes installations, a documentary and 35 photographic portraits. You can check out a preview of the exhibition here in a recent article published in the Sydney Morning Herald Good Weekend magazine.

The exhibition will run from August 18-22 in the Kambri Cultural Centre as part of the Canberra Writers Festival and from September 8 until February 2022 in the RSSS Building, ANU.

Update: Due to COVID-19, the Canberra Writers Festival has been postponed until later in the year and the exhibition in the RSSS Building has been postponed (dates TBC).
