Yesterday we celebrated International Women's Day 2023 at Charter Hall, Sydney.

We were very pleased to have our inaugural Fellow for Arts/Media Activism, Liz Deep-Jones, present the We Bleed the Same pop-up exhibition in the Charter Hall foyer. The pop-up exhibition showcased portraits of diverse and powerful women speaking about their experiences of bigotry and the importance of inclusion. Around forty-five people attended the IWD event, which also featured Brenda Gaddi, advocate and founder/director of Women of Colour Australia. Women of Colour Australia advocates, supports and strengthens the lives and experiences for all women of colour in all places and spaces within Australia.
