Liz Deep-Jones is a journalist, producer, television presenter, published author, public speaker, content creator, art curator, film maker and human rights advocate.

She has spent over 25 years in the media, mostly reporting and presenting for SBS TV and its Indigenous News network, NITV. Liz is passionate about combating racism and fighting for human rights and to make an impact. She created and produced the ‘We Bleed The Same’ anti-racism exhibition, which consists of a documentary, installations and 35 stunning portraits of incredible people from varied backgrounds, race and religion, taken by photographer Tim Bauer with designs by Brenda Dwyer. Liz is the recent recipient of the 2023 Inaugural Arts/Media and Activism Fellowship at the ANU, where she will continue her work to combat racism and bigotry through her We Bleed The Same exhibition.
